Summary
This study tested whether a medicine called Polaprezinc (Zinc L-carnosine) can safely reduce reflux symptoms in infants. 60 healthy babies aged 1-12 months with reflux took either the medicine or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured symptom improvement using a standard questionnaire and checked how well the babies accepted the treatment.
