First human test of experimental treatment for early menopause

Summary
This early-stage study will test the safety of an experimental treatment called YB-1113 for women with premature ovarian insufficiency (early menopause). Six women aged 18-40 will receive the treatment through an IV infusion. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure changes in key fertility hormones to see if the treatment shows any early promise.
