Summary

This study tests an online program called POET that helps teens aged 12-17 learn to manage their emotions. The goal is to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive POET or usual care, and researchers will track their progress for up to 10 years.
