First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study watches how doctors use a small ultrasound machine (POCUS) during checkups at free clinics and street medicine sites in Indianapolis. About 50 adult patients will take part, and researchers will track how often the ultrasound is used and whether it changes the patient's treatment plan. The goal is to learn if this tool helps improve care for people who may not have easy access to regular imaging.
