Bedside ultrasound: a game changer for ER pain diagnosis?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a portable ultrasound (PoCUS) helps emergency doctors improve how they diagnose chest and belly pain. About 406 adults with pain lasting less than 72 hours will take part. A panel of experts will compare the doctor's diagnosis plan before and after using the ultrasound to see if it leads to a better approach.
