Summary
This study is testing a new app called Pocket PE 3-5 that helps teachers plan and lead physical education for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. About 1,872 students and teachers from 24 schools will take part. Half the teachers will use the app for 12 weeks, while the other half will teach PE as usual. Researchers will measure if the app helps teachers feel more confident and gets kids moving more during class.
