New hope for PNH patients struggling with persistent anemia
NCT ID NCT07052838
Summary
This study tested whether adding HSK39297 tablets could help PNH patients who still experience anemia despite being on standard anti-C5 antibody therapy. The trial involved 36 adults with PNH who had low hemoglobin levels despite stable treatment. Researchers measured whether the tablets could raise hemoglobin levels and reduce the need for blood transfusions.
