Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy programs for people with chronic shoulder pain from subacromial bursitis. All 60 participants received three ultrasound-guided steroid injections, then were randomly assigned to either a special movement therapy (PNF) or standard exercises. Researchers measured pain, function, and quality of life over six months to see which approach worked better.
