First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of stretching called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can improve how high male basketball players jump and how well they keep their balance. Thirty healthy players aged 18-35 will either do PNF exercises for 20-30 minutes three times a week for six weeks, or nothing. Their jump height and balance will be measured before and after the program.
