Summary
This study aims to see if a specific type of exercise training can help male basketball players jump higher and improve their balance. Thirty healthy players will be randomly assigned to either do the special exercises for six weeks or to continue their normal routine without this training. Researchers will measure each player's jump height and balance before and after the program to compare results.
