New injection tested for rare bleeding disorder
NCT ID NCT06880081
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and side effects of a single injection called PN20 in adults with chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition where the body attacks its own platelets. The main goal is to see if PN20 is safe for these patients and if it might help increase their platelet counts. Researchers will give different dose levels to small groups of participants and monitor them closely for four weeks.
