Custom-Made graft offers new hope for High-Risk aneurysm repair

Summary
This study tests a doctor-modified stent graft (PMEG) to repair a bulging blood vessel (aneurysm) near the kidneys. 15 adults with this condition will receive the custom graft and be followed for up to 5 years to check safety and effectiveness. The goal is to see if this approach can prevent rupture and avoid open surgery.
