Jump training vs. bands: which makes football players quicker?
NCT ID NCT07458373
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of training is better for improving agility and reducing how hard exercise feels for recreational football players. It will compare plyometric jump training to exercises using resistance bands. Forty healthy male players will be randomly assigned to one of the two training programs for six weeks, and their performance will be measured before and after.
