Summary

This study compares two types of arm training—plyometric (explosive moves) and strength training (lifting weights)—to see which better improves serve speed, strength, and power in competitive tennis players. About 46 male players aged 18-30 will be randomly assigned to one of the two training groups. Results will help coaches and athletes choose the most effective training for better performance.
