First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at two types of exercise—plyometrics (jumping drills) and resistance band training—to see which one better improves agility and reduces how hard exercise feels for recreational football players. About 40 male players aged 18-25 will be randomly assigned to one of the two training groups. Their agility and perceived effort will be measured before and after the training program.
