Summary
This study looked at whether 8 weeks of plyometric (jumping and explosive) training could improve sprinting, jumping, and agility in 28 recreational male football players aged 14-16. Participants did special exercises and were tested on things like 30-meter sprint time, vertical jump height, and agility runs. The goal was to see if this type of training helps young athletes perform better on the field.
