Can jumping exercises heal stubborn tendon pain faster?
NCT ID NCT06774547
Summary
This study is testing if adding specific jumping exercises early in physical therapy helps people with long-term tendon pain in the foot, knee, or Achilles recover better. It will compare this new approach to standard strength training in 120 active adults. The main goal is to see if the jumping exercises improve leg function after 12 weeks and reduce the chance of re-injury over a year.
