Summary

This study tests a new drug called PLX-61639 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (SMARCA4 mutation) and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is taken daily by mouth and aims to shrink or control the cancer. The trial will enroll about 155 people to find the safest dose and see if the drug works.
