New hope for transplant patients: drug duo targets rare cancer

Summary
This study tests two drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab, as a first treatment for a rare blood cancer called post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) that can occur after an organ transplant. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks how well the drugs shrink tumors. About 23 adults who have had a solid organ transplant and have B-cell PTLD may join.
