Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called plonmarlimab for people with a severe, life-threatening immune system overreaction called HLH or MAS, which is linked to other rheumatic diseases. It is for patients aged 16-80 whose condition did not improve or worsened after high-dose steroid treatment. The main goal is to see if the drug can control the disease and is safe for these patients.
