Summary
This study tests a new injectable implant (poly-L-lactic acid) to treat deep smile lines (nasolabial folds). About 121 adults with moderate to severe wrinkles will receive the new implant on one side of the face and an approved implant on the other. Researchers will compare how well each side reduces wrinkles over 24 months, and monitor for side effects.
