Scientists test if pleasure, not pressure, is key to healthy eating
NCT ID NCT07387289
Summary
This study is testing a new 12-week program designed to help adults with higher weight eat more fruits and vegetables by focusing on the pleasure and enjoyment of food, rather than just nutritional facts. Researchers want to see if this 'pleasure-oriented' approach is practical and acceptable to participants. The study will involve 88 people, with half attending group sessions and the other half serving as a comparison group with no intervention.
