Summary
This study aims to see if adjusting exercise intensity to make it more enjoyable helps people who've had a heart attack stay physically active during and after their cardiac rehabilitation program. Researchers will compare a pleasure-focused exercise approach against standard rehab exercises in 52 participants. The goal is to find better ways to help patients maintain healthy activity levels long-term to prevent future heart problems.
