First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This phase 3 study tests a new oral drug, PLB1004, against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 20 insertion). About 327 adults with this rare, hard-to-treat cancer will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if PLB1004 delays cancer growth better than chemotherapy.
