Summary

This study compares two therapies for children aged 8-12 with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy: play-based therapy (games, puzzles, arts) and neurodevelopmental therapy (exercises with bands and weights). The goal is to see which better improves fine motor skills like hand control and coordination. Thirty children will participate in 12 sessions over 3 weeks.
