Could a Clot-Busting drug save brains after aneurysm rupture?

Summary
This study tests a drug called tirofiban in people who have had a bleeding aneurysm in the brain. The goal is to find the safest dose that might prevent delayed brain damage and improve recovery. About 82 adults aged 18-85 will participate, and the drug is given through a vein after the aneurysm is repaired.
