Summary

This study tested whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) can speed up the movement of canine teeth during orthodontic treatment. Twenty-one healthy people aged 17-29 who needed premolar extractions took part. The approach used a split-mouth design, meaning each person received both the treatment and a comparison on different sides of the mouth. The main goal was to measure how fast the teeth moved over time.
