NCT ID NCT07287475
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether a gel made from a patient's own platelets can speed up healing and reduce pain after tooth extraction in people with diabetes. Twelve diabetic adults who need two similar teeth removed will have one socket treated with the gel and the other left untreated for comparison. The goal is to see if the gel leads to faster soft tissue closure and less discomfort.
