Summary
This study looks back at the experiences of 25 children aged 1-18 who received a treatment called therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) at Sohag University Hospital. TPE is a blood-cleaning procedure that removes harmful substances from the blood. The goal is to document why the children needed TPE, how it was done, and what results and side effects occurred, in order to improve care and compare with other hospitals.
