Summary

This observational study in 45 healthy adults uses a 3D intraoral scanner to measure plaque buildup on natural teeth, composite fillings, and ceramic veneers. Participants stop brushing for 4 days, then get scanned and scored for plaque. The goal is to see if the scanner method agrees with traditional plaque scoring and to find which surfaces hold more plaque.
