Simple tape test aims to ease common heel pain

Summary
This study will compare two different taping techniques to see which one works better for relieving heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Researchers will enroll 36 adults with this condition and randomly assign them to receive one of the taping methods. The goal is to find out which tape application reduces pain, improves foot function, and increases ankle flexibility most effectively.
