Stretch away heel pain: new device takes on night splints

Summary

This study tests whether a new calf stretching device works better than standard night splints for easing plantar fasciitis pain. One hundred adults with the condition will use one of the two devices for six weeks. The goal is to see which approach provides more symptom relief.
