Heel pain relief: High-Tech shockwave vs. Hands-On massage
NCT ID NCT07204210
Summary
This study aims to find out which treatment works better for people with plantar fasciitis (heel pain): a high-tech shockwave therapy or a specific type of massage called myofascial release. Researchers will compare these two treatments, plus a group that gets no treatment, in 114 patients. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at reducing pain and improving how well the foot works.
