Summary
This study tested whether two different doses of an injectable drug (EN3835) could safely reduce pain and improve foot function better than a placebo injection in people with long-term plantar fasciitis. It involved 231 adults whose heel pain had lasted at least 6 months and had not improved with standard treatments like rest, physical therapy, or pain relievers. The main goal was to see if the treatment reduced daily heel pain over 12 weeks.
