Summary
This study tested two doses of an injection called EN3835 against a placebo in 231 adults with long-term plantar fasciitis (heel pain). The goal was to see if it could reduce daily pain and improve foot function over 12 weeks. Participants had heel pain for at least 6 months that didn't get better with standard treatments like rest or physical therapy.
