Needles vs. massage: which eases stubborn heel pain?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two physical treatments works better for reducing pain and improving movement in people with chronic plantar fasciitis (heel pain). Researchers will compare Fascial Manipulation, a deep tissue massage technique, to Dry Needling, which uses thin needles to release muscle tension. The study is recruiting 36 women aged 25-45 who have had heel pain for over a month to receive one of the treatments twice a week for six weeks.
