Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works better for relieving heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Forty adults with long-term heel pain received either Active Release Technique or Strain-Counterstrain therapy three times a week for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain levels and how well people could use their feet for daily activities.
