First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tested two non-invasive treatments—low-intensity shockwave therapy and low-intensity laser therapy—for people with chronic plantar fasciitis (long-term heel pain). 90 adults with heel pain lasting at least 3 months took part.
