Summary

This study looks at how meals with plant protein versus animal protein affect blood sugar, insulin, and appetite in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers want to see if one type of protein is better for managing PCOS symptoms. The study will involve 30 women aged 18-50 with PCOS who will eat both types of protein meals and have their metabolic responses measured.
