Greener hospital food? study tests plant vs. milk nutrition drinks

Summary
This study is a small pilot to see if a larger trial comparing plant-based and animal-based nutrition drinks is practical. It will enroll 60 hospital patients at risk of malnutrition to test if they can stick to the drink plan and complete the study tests. The main goal is to check if this type of research is feasible before launching a bigger study.
