Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that gives personalized recipes and feedback can help people eat more plant foods like vegetables. About 315 healthy adults who currently eat few vegetables will use the app for 4 weeks. Some will get tailored advice, while others just log meals. The goal is to see if personalization boosts engagement and intake.
