Summary

This study looks at whether actively caring for plants—like watering and pruning—can improve mental health and academic performance in college students. About 87 students will either care for plants on campus, at home, or not care for plants at all. Over a 16-week semester, they will complete surveys to measure stress, mood, sleep, and study habits.
