Summary
This study is testing whether the simple act of caring for a plant can help college students feel less stressed and perform better in school. Researchers are comparing students who care for plants at home or on campus to students who don't have plants. Over 16 weeks, participants will water and care for their plants and answer surveys about their stress, mood, and study habits.
