Summary

This study tests whether a plant-based, high-energy, high-protein drink can improve nutrition in adults at risk of disease-related malnutrition. Participants will drink two servings daily for 8 weeks, and their calorie and protein intake will be tracked. The goal is to see if the plant-based option works as well as a dairy-based one.
