Summary
This study tested whether a concentrated supplement made from common foods like taro and rice could help control diarrhea caused by chemotherapy. It involved 30 adults with stomach or colorectal cancer who were experiencing this side effect. The goal was to see if adding this dietary supplement to standard anti-diarrhea care could help patients feel better.
