Rice-Grown blood protein under Real-World safety scrutiny
NCT ID NCT07435922
Summary
This study will monitor the safety of a new, plant-derived version of albumin, a protein normally found in blood, in 2000 adults who need it urgently for low blood protein or low blood volume. Doctors will give the treatment as usual, and researchers will track any side effects and check if the treatment helps raise protein levels. The main goal is to understand how safe this new version is when used in real hospital settings.
