This study tests whether faricimab (Vabysmo), an FDA-approved eye injection for other retinal diseases, can safely treat abnormal blood vessel growth in the eye caused by presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome. About 25 adults with this condition will receive an initial injection, with additional doses as needed over 52 weeks.
