Doctors review placental Tissue's power to close stubborn wounds
NCT ID NCT07215741
Summary
This study looks back at medical records to see how well a special tissue from human placentas works for closing wounds that won't heal on their own, like diabetic foot ulcers. Researchers will review the treatment results of 50 people who received this therapy between 2023 and 2025. The main goal is to see what percentage of these stubborn wounds were fully closed within 12 weeks of starting treatment.
