Summary
This study compares a placebo (inactive pill) to a common antibiotic in children aged 3-17 with pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma bacteria. The goal is to see if antibiotics are truly needed for recovery. About 376 children will be tracked for symptoms and vital signs until they are healthy.
