Summary
This study tested a special medical food called PKU explore in 7 infants with phenylketonuria (PKU) aged 6 months to 3 years. The goal was to see if babies would accept the taste and texture, tolerate it without stomach issues, and keep their blood phe levels in a safe range. The food is designed to help manage PKU as part of a low-protein diet.
